About Mike Shannon
As the founder and president of Axiom, a
nationally-known Sales Force Development company, Mike Shannon’s passion is
helping companies and individuals maximize their revenue potential. His clients
typically experience increases of 25% or greater in their top line. Mike excels
at working with non-sales professionals including insurance underwriters and
their supervisors. He has worked with clients in financial services,
manufacturing, distribution and construction, with a special focus on commercial
insurance helping both retail agencies and program administrators. Axiom
Development is an active member in Target Markets Program Administrators
Association (TMPAA) and the
American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA).
During his 30 year sales career, Mike owned a
manufacturer's representative business and served as President of the
Philadelphia Division of an electronics company. Mike has a Bachelor of Science
in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
Mike currently serves as a board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is an active member in the Chester County Chamber of
Business & Industry. He also volunteers weekly at the Bridge Academy Community Center, a faith-based tutoring and mentoring
outreach to young residents of Coatesville, PA. Mike and his wife reside
outside of Philadelphia, PA and their two adult children live in California where
Mike also has several clients.

About Alex Bartholomaus
Alex P. Bartholomaus, founder of People Stretch Solutions, spent over 18 years experience in sales development, business intelligence and performance management. He spent a majority in the beverage industry at Billington Import, where his company's revenue grew from $1.5MM to a peak of $36.5MM in 2008. He was the President and CEO from 1998 until the company was folded into Winebow, Inc in May of 2009.
During his tenure as President and CEO, Billington pioneered the use of sale assessments and behavioral assessments in the beverage industry. This led to a sales team that was one of the best in the industry. Billington's sales team success was driven by the company's ability to find top talent and continue their salespeople's development in an environment where they were motivated to grow faster than the industry norm.
At Winebow, Alex helped Billington’s suppliers and sales team adapt into Winebow and through one sales re-organization. During his tenure, the wineries that came over from Billington spearheaded Winebow’s growth in 2009 and 2010.
Alex is an expert in and writes about Sales Development and Emotional Intelligence. He is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst(CPVA).

About Mike Carroll
Mike delivers sales systems that drive remarkable revenue growth in a wide variety of industries. He works hands-on with senior executives, sales leaders, and salespeople to change behaviors, grow new skills, and increase value by implementing methodologies proven to create results. He has more than 21 years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience, with particular expertise in manufacturing, telecommunications, software, and financial services, including commercial and small business banking.
Mike is President and Founder of Intelligent Conversations, a sales force development consultancy based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to founding Intelligent Conversations Mike held senior positions in sales, sales management, and product management at Wachovia Bank, M&I Bank, Mindlever, Inc., and Fiserv, Inc. He holds a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin.
Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee German Immersion Foundation, is an active volunteer on many committees at both his church and at his kids’ schools, and he sings bass in his church choir. Mike and his wife, Pam, live in Milwaukee with their four children.

About Gretchen Gordan
Gretchen has successful experience with a wide variety of industries, but has a particular expertise with security alarm monitoring and systems integrators, industrial equipment and manufacturing firms, business services companies, and financial services providers.
Gretchen has over a quarter-century experience as a business owner, sales executive and salesperson in a variety of industries, including the financial services sector as Director at CIT, Director and Division Sales Manager at Textron Financial, and as Senior Vice President with KeyBank. She began her career at Proctor & Gamble in their food products sales division.
Gretchen has founded, built and sold two separate businesses including a healthcare technology firm and a sales consulting business. She is the Founder and Chief Sales Officer of Braveheart Sales Performance Ltd. She graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Administration, where she was a scholarship golfer.
